目的对产自广西桂林市永福县的海木的化学成分进行研究。方法海木树皮用95%乙醇回流提取,提取液经减压浓缩得到浸膏,浸膏石油醚部分应用硅胶柱色谱方法分离得到化合物Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ;浸膏三氯甲烷部分应用硅胶柱色谱和sephadex LH-20分离得到化合物Ⅴ、Ⅵ、Ⅶ、Ⅷ、Ⅸ,浸膏正丁醇部分应用硅胶柱色谱方法分离得到化合物Ⅹ,并根据其理化性质和波谱分析来解析这些化合物的结构。结果从海木的茎皮中分离得到7个甾体化合物:3β-羟基豆甾-5-烯-7-酮(I),胆甾-5,22-二烯-3β-醇(Ⅱ),β-谷甾醇(Ⅲ),α-菠甾醇(Ⅳ),豆甾醇(Ⅵ),胡萝卜苷(Ⅸ),豆甾醇-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(Ⅹ)。3个其他化合物,棕榈酸(Ⅴ),二十七烷醇(Ⅶ),二十九烷醇(Ⅷ)。结论化合物Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅳ、Ⅹ为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of sea-wood produced in Yongfu County, Guilin, Guangxi. Method The sea bark was extracted by refluxing with 95% ethanol, and the extract was concentrated under reduced pressure to obtain the extract. The petroleum ether extract part was separated by silica gel column chromatography to obtain the compounds I, II, III and IV. Compounds Ⅴ, Ⅵ, Ⅶ, Ⅷ and Ⅸ were isolated by silica gel column chromatography and sephadex LH-20. The compounds X were separated by silica gel column chromatography. The compounds X were analyzed by their physico-chemical properties and spectral analysis structure. Results Seven steroidal compounds were isolated from the stem bark of sea wood: 3β-hydroxystilbene-5-en-7-one (I), cholesta-5,22- β-sitosterol (Ⅲ), α-spinostatin (Ⅳ), stigmasterol (Ⅵ), daucosterol Ⅸ, stigmasterol-3-O-β-D-glucoside (Ⅹ). 3 other compounds, palmitic acid (Ⅴ), heptacosanol (Ⅶ), nonacosanol (Ⅷ). Conclusion Compounds Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅳ and Ⅹ were isolated from this plant for the first time.
