介绍了基于油液分析与铁谱技术进行在线监测采煤机的润滑磨损状态,实现不停机预知诊断故障的实验分析研究过程。在监测取样的技术理论基础上,采用原子发射光谱仪测试在用润滑油中的添加剂元素、污染元素、磨损元素的浓度,振荡球式黏度计测试在用润滑油的运动黏度,利用分析式铁谱仪制成铁谱载片、在铁谱显微镜下观察分析在用润滑油中载有的磨损磨粒,测得圆锥滚子轴承、圆柱正齿轮的典型磨粒图谱,进而对采煤机的润滑磨损及故障作出诊断,提出合理选油的建议。
