为研究黑皮病患者细胞的生物学特性,我们用微量全血EB病毒转化法建立了黑皮病患者的B淋巴母细胞株(JMSSHH),并进行了核型分析及细胞生物学性状鉴定.该细胞呈悬浮生长,细胞群体倍增时间为46.7小时/代.核型为46XX.自发的姐妹染色单体互换(SCE)值为14.10±0.90,微核率24.60‰;丝裂霉素C(MMC)诱发的SCE值为23.60±1.80,微核率为41.90%,均明显高于对照细胞系(P<0.01).这些结果提示,该患者的临床症状可能与体细胞的DNA损伤修复功能缺陷有关.“,”We established a lymphoblast cell line named JMS SHH, by coculture EB virus and peripheral blood lymphocytes of a black-skin pathient.
