衰老大鼠超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力下降,本实验利用D-半乳糖致衰模型模拟大鼠自然衰老环境,同时灌服(IG)不同剂量的山茱萸水煎剂,6周后观察山茱萸对大鼠心肌组织中SOD活力的影响.结果发现两种不同浓度的山茱萸水煎剂均有显著提高心肌组织SOD活力的作用,说明山茱萸除具有较强提高机体免疫力作用之外,还有较强的抗氧化作用.“,”The activity of SOD in the aging rat is decreased. The aging model by D-Galactose is used to simulate the environment of rat natural aging in the experiment. At the same time, the rat is filled with different doses of cornus officinalis seib et zucc decoction. After six weeks, it was observed that cornus officinalis seib et zucc had an effect on activity of SOD in the myocardial issue of rat. It was found that the two different conecntration of cornus officinalis seib et zucc decoction incrcased the activity of SOD in the myocardial issue obviously. The results demonstrated that cornus officinalis seib et zucc not only has the notable function of increasing the immunity of the oganism, but also has quite strong antioxidation.
