英语学习策略培训——基于地方民办高校英语专业学生自主学习状况的研究

近年来,外语教学的核心已由教师转变为学习者,以学习者为中心、学习者自主的教学理念成为外语教学研究与实践的重点。由于众多学者视角不同,对自主学习的定义也各不相同。简言之,其含义为学习者应具备控制自己的学习、为自己的学习负责任的能力。这些责任包括:一是制定学习目标,二是确定学习内容和进度,三是选择学习方法和技巧,四是监控学习进程,五是学习评价。本项研究旨在通过问卷调查了解地方民办高校英语专业学生的自主学习状况,通过研究与教学实践,试图提出提高英语专业学生自主学习能力的办法。本研究的对象为省内三所民办高校171名英语专业大三的学生。研究的主要问题:一是地方民办高校英语专业学生的自主学习状况如何,二是如何提高地方民办高校英语专业学生的自主学习能力。研究中采用问卷调查的方式了解学生的自主学习状况,问卷的选项采用Likert五分计分制,便于统计 In recent years, the core of foreign language teaching has been transformed from a teacher into a learner. With the learner as the center, the autonomous learner’s teaching philosophy has become the focus of foreign language teaching research and practice. Due to the different perspectives of many scholars, the definition of autonomous learning varies. In short, it means that learners should have the ability to control their own learning and be responsible for their own learning. These responsibilities include: one is to set learning objectives, two is to determine the content and progress of learning, three is to choose learning methods and techniques, four is to monitor the learning process, five is to evaluate. This study aims to understand the situation of autonomous learning of English majors in local private universities through questionnaires, and through research and teaching practice, tries to put forward ways to improve the ability of independent study of English majors. The object of this study is 171 junior students of English major in three private universities in the province. The main research questions are: First, what is the status of independent study of English majors in local non-government colleges? Second, how to improve the autonomous learning ability of local English majors in local universities. In the study, a questionnaire was used to understand students’ self-regulated learning.
