本实验建立应用“半浮置”式玻璃微电极在体测定SMCMP的实验方法,在家兔不可逆性失血性休克模型上系统观察了休克不同时相SMCMP的改变以及细胞内外离子和水的分布。低血压即刻SMCMP的显著下降提示细胞膜功能在休克早期就有改变;SMCMP随休克时间延长呈进行性下降的趋势反映了细胞膜和细胞功能障碍的不断加重。休克3小时,细胞内外离子和水发生跨膜再分布,细胞内K~+逸出,Na~+、水潴留,提示细胞容量调控能力丧失。
In this experiment, we established the experimental method of “semi-floating” glass microelectrode in-vivo determination of SMCMP, observed the changes of SMCMP in different phases and the distribution of intracellular ions and water on rabbit irreversible hemorrhagic shock model. Hypochromic immediate SMCMP decreased significantly prompt cell membrane function in the early shock have changed; SMCMP showed a progressive decline with the shock of the trend reflects the cell membrane and cell dysfunction continued to worsen. Shock 3 hours, intracellular and extracellular ions and water transmembrane redistribution, intracellular K ~ + escape, Na ~ +, water retention, suggesting that the capacity of cell volume control loss.
