硝酸还原酶(NR)是植物体内硝态氮还原过程的重要诱导酶,它的高低直接影响着植株对氮素的利用程度和种子质量。本文论述了1984—1986年对冬小麦植株不同部位器官硝酸还原酶话性(NRA)变化规律的研究以及不同追肥量、追肥期对植株体内叶片、叶鞘、茎秆、穗部等器官和产量的影响,为冬小麦的高产栽培和合理施肥寻找理论依据。通过对NRA的研究,在育种工作中也有助于加强对品种的早期鉴别和评价。
Nitrate reductase (NR) is an important enzyme that induces the nitrate nitrogen reduction in plants. The level of nitrate reductase (NR) directly affects plant nitrogen utilization and seed quality. In this paper, the changes of nitrate reductase (NRA) in different organs of winter wheat from 1984 to 1986 and the effects of different top dressing and top dressing on organs and yield of leaves, leaf sheaths, stalks and ear of plants were discussed , To find the theoretical basis for the high-yielding cultivation and reasonable fertilization of winter wheat. Through the research on NRA, it also helps to strengthen the early identification and evaluation of varieties in breeding work.
