目前全球化经济趋势势不可阻挡。工商管理的国际接轨趋势一直在各种创业中走在时代的前沿。为了应对各种国际竞争态势教育机构也在不断适应形势变化进一步的改变教育模式。难以应对变化突来的激烈的国际竞争风云。工商管理教育同其他的行业一样需要与国际接轨,跟上国际的步伐,迎合国际的快速发展的速度与发展的效益。新型教育体系的实施需要具有与之适应的教学资源做后盾。所以,教学资源改革研究已经成为工商管理教育的焦点问题。需要一套行之有效的教学改革措施。
