本文用常规电生理和双电极电压钳技术研完了7-溴化乙氧苯四氢巴马汀(EBP)对豚鼠礼头肌和犬浦氏纤维的心肌生理特性及钾外向电流(I_X),慢内向电流(I_(Si)),钠内向电流(I_(Na)~+)的影响。结果表明EBP能明显延长APD_(20)和APD_(90)。但对动作电位幅度(APA)静息电位(RP),超射(OS)和零期最大上升速率(V_(max))无显著影响。EBP能依剂量性地抑制犬浦氏纤维I_(Si)及I_X的峰值,但对I_(Na)~+无显著影响。
In this paper, the electrophysiological and bipolar voltage clamp technique was used to study the myocardial physiological characteristics and potassium outward current (I_X) of 7-bromoethoxybenzenetetrahydropalmatine (EBP) Slow inward current (I_ (Si)), sodium inward current (I_ (Na) ~ +). The results showed that EBP can significantly prolong APD_ (20) and APD_ (90). But had no significant effect on APA resting potential (RP), over shoot (OS) and maximal zero rate of rise (V max). EBP could dose-dependently inhibit peak I_ (Si) and I_X of canine fibers, but had no significant effect on I_ (Na) ~ +.
