采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了不同K~+掺杂量的纳米TiO_2粉体,利用差热-热重、X衍射仪研究了不同煅烧温度、不同煅烧时间下K~+掺杂量对TiO_2凝胶相变过程的影响。研究结果表明,提高煅烧温度、延长煅烧时间可有效促进锐钛矿(Anatase)向金红石(Rutile)(A-R)的转变,K+掺杂抑制了锐钛矿向金红石的转变。
Different K ~ + doping amount of nano-TiO 2 powders were prepared by sol-gel method. The effects of K ~ + doping amount on the photocatalytic activity of TiO 2 coagulation at different calcination temperature and different calcination time were investigated by DTA- Influence of the phase transition of the gel. The results show that increasing the calcination temperature and prolonging the calcination time can effectively promote the transformation of Anatase to rutile (A-R), and K + doping inhibits the transformation from anatase to rutile.
