本文分析了我国企业跨国并购的现状以及在跨国并购中存在的问题,并在总结跨国并购影响因素相关研究的基础上,得出“国家政策对于跨国并购具有重要影响”的结论,进而阐述了如何从国家政策的角度来为我国企业跨国并购提供保障措施。
This paper analyzes the current situation of cross-border mergers and acquisitions (M & A) in China and the problems in cross-border M & A, and concludes the conclusion that “national policies have an important influence on cross-border mergers and acquisitions” on the basis of summarizing the research on the influencing factors of M & A How to provide safeguards for cross-border mergers and acquisitions of Chinese enterprises from the perspective of national policy.
