平菇是重要的商品菇种.然而其子实体在发育过程中释放出大量孢子,污染菇床和周围的树木,并引起菇农的过敏反应,此外孢子还是传播蘑菇病毒的载体.平菇是由A和B两个不亲和因子控制的四极性品种.肺形侧耳(P.pulmonarius)的无孢子表型被证明与不亲和因子A连锁的隐性基因有关(Ohira,1977,1978).近年来我们获得了佛罗里达平菇(P.florida)的无孢子菌株(Chang等,1985).本文将对佛罗里达无孢菌株的遗传控制和形态特征进行探讨.
Pleurotus ostreatus is an important commercial mushroom species, however, its fruiting body releases a large number of spores during its development, contaminating the mushroom bed and the surrounding trees and causing allergic reactions of mushroom growers. In addition, spores are also carriers for disseminating the mushroom virus. The quadrupole species controlled by two non-affinity factors A and B. The non-spore phenotype of P. pulmonarius proves to be associated with the recessive gene linked by the non-affinity factor A (Ohira, 1977, 1978 ). In recent years we obtained the spore-free strain of Florida florida (Chang et al., 1985) .In this article, the genetic control and morphological characteristics of the non-sterile Florida strain will be explored.
