从1989年冬开始,河北省衡水地区电大分校着手抓农村实用技术教育.1990年,在中央电大、省电大及燎原学校的指导下,在衡水地委、行署的领导下,我们在全区地、县、乡(镇)、村建立了4级燎原广播电视学校(工作站).几年来,我区燎校紧紧围绕地委、行署的战略规划和农民的需求,开展了以“5241工程”为主要内容的燎原广播电视教育,先后开办了各种培训班11425班次,培训农民106万人次.在普及农村实用技术,发挥地区优势,推动全区两个文明建设方面.已初见成效,受到了广大农民的欢迎.农民纷纷到燎原学校“求医问病讨药方”,出现了“学技术进燎原,有难题找燎原,要致富奔燎原”的好势头.
Since the beginning of the winter of 1989, the Hengshui District of Hebei Province has established a practical and technical education in rural areas. The use of practical technologies in rural areas to give play to regional advantages and to promote the development of the two civilizations in the region has achieved initial success. The peasants welcomed the peasants. The peasants rushed to the Ewhara School to ask the doctors to ask the doctors for prescriptions. There was a good tendency to “learn how to enter the ezubara area and find difficulties in finding the embarrassment of the original.”
