文化产业是以版权产业为核心的提供精神产品的生产和服务的产业。西部地区丰富的民族文化资源为文化产业的发展提供了得天独厚的条件。但是,文化产业的发展离不开法治的保障。完善相关的法律制度、提升公众对文化产品知识产权保护的法律意识,以及加强民族地区地方立法都是为促进文化产业发展保驾护航的重要举措。
The cultural industry is an industry that provides the production and service of spiritual products with the core of the copyright industry. The rich resources of ethnic culture in the western region provide unique conditions for the development of cultural industries. However, the development of cultural industries can not be separated from the rule of law. Perfecting the relevant legal system and raising public awareness of the legal protection of intellectual property rights of cultural products and strengthening local legislation in ethnic areas are all important measures to promote the development of cultural industries.
