当前,许多企业都在按照现代企业制度的要求进行改制或转制,企业的组织管理机构出现了股东大会、董事会和监事会这“新三会”。而企业中早已存在的党委会、工会和职代会常常被称之为“老三会”。笔者认为,在处理两个“三会”的关系时要从以下三个方面入手:一、改制企业党委会、工会、职代会只能加强,不能削弱。 At present, many enterprises are restructuring or restructuring in accordance with the requirements of the modern enterprise system.
