目的探讨结间束存在的合理性。方法分析我院近2月来动态心电图,按房性期前收缩心电图定义,选取T波平坦而P波明显的导联,去除P波双向及P’波与T波融合,随机选取符合条件心电图片段100份,同时测定P波及P’波时限,并以P波为参考,将P’波方向分为同向、双向及倒置。根据心肌电传导特点进行分析。结果P波平均时限为0.0735秒,P’波平均时限为0.0666秒;与P波同向52份,双向17份,倒置31份。结论心房肌在窦性激动较异位激动时的收缩时限略延长,窦房结与房室结之间理论上应不存在特殊传导通路,结间束存在的合理性值得怀疑。
Objective To explore the rationality of the existence of inter-bundle. CONCLUSIONS: Atrial fibrillation prolongs the duration of contractions slightly during sinus stimulation compared with ectopic excitations. Theoretically there should be no special conduction path between the sinus node and atrioventricular node, and the rationality of intercostal bundle existence is questionable.
