In this paper, two groups of 521 patients with headache as the chief complaint of TCD examination were found to varying degrees of vascular dysfunction, some showed arterial dilation, some arterial spasm, while others dilated spasm co-exist, and some occurred in a Vascular, but more occurs in multivessel blood vessels, according to the law of vascular dysfunction can be divided into simple type (vascular dysfunction - slightly) and complex type, the latter is divided into the following types: hemiplegia, Crossed type, bilateral type, internal carotid artery type, vertebrobasilar artery type, skull base arterial type, and cranial artery type. The combination type is related to the anatomy and physiology of vascular nerves. Spread of all major arteries more common than spasms, which may be a feature of cerebral vascular dysfunction in China. Two groups of patients are more common in women may be related to the complexity of women’s psychological activities. And the peak age of 30 to 39 age group, may be related to people in this age group work stress, family and social overload. The shortest duration of 5 days, up to 20 years. The main arterial dysfunction were more common on the left, may be related to the dominant human left hemisphere activity. The brain is a whole, complex mental activity can make the entire brain blood supply system disorders, so both sides of the major blood vessels involved more than the dominant hemisphere who are more involved, causing vascular headache factor is complex, in addition to the inherent Biological factors, negative emotions, thoughts overload, head trauma, cervical spondylosis, changes in ambient temperature, sun exposure is also a common predisposing factor.
