视器及视觉传导路是解剖教学的重点和难点,常规标本困难是示其全貌,学员学习时不易建立其整体观和立体感。为此我们设计了该多功能标本。简介如下:1.设计目标:用一件标本,在显示视器及视觉传导器的同时尽可能多地显露脑的结构。2.制作:选取巨固定的成人头颅,沿外肌、颧弓和外耳门上缘及枕外隆凸的连线去除颅盖,修洁脑膜及血管。1)视器制作:①去除左侧眼眶外侧奎及部分下壁,剖露出眼球下斜肌、下和内直肌及其支配神经、视神经等结构,并向眼球内注入防腐用胶行水平切以显示眼球壁和内容物。②右侧保留完整眼球,并剖露外、上直肌、上斜肌和提上睑肌、眼的血管、神经,并显露眼睑、泪器、结膜等眼附器。2)视觉传导路制作:①在视交叉后Zcm处冠状切除部分额叶。②在左侧大脑半球,沿视神经、视交叉、视束、外侧膝状体、视辐射直至视觉中枢进行顺次解剖以完整显示视觉传导路。去除部分脑组织显示出豆状核及其内侧的内囊白质板。③在右侧大脑半球,距外耳门上方5cm处行水平切,显示内囊及基底核,并在其后外侧剖露出视辐射至视中枢。3)着色、测胶后有机玻璃封装,常规保存。4)体会:①该标本立体、完整地显示了视器及视觉传导路,又显示了内囊、基底核等脑内结构。②左右侧相互弥补,既保持?
