近年来,急性心肌梗塞,包括老年患者的复苏成功率升高是心脏病学的一项重要成果。在急性心肌梗塞的病程中,多次出现室性纤颤或在严重的并发症的基础上发生室性纤颤,都会给复苏带来困难。本文报告一例老年急性心肌梗塞患者,其特点是心肌梗塞反复发生,心肌损害广泛,在住院88天的最初一个月中,出现心源性休克3次,发生室性纤颤65次,经多次复苏抢救和及时有效的治疗,取得了良好疗效。
