红白血病又称Di Gugoielmo氏综合征,属于白血病的范畴,是白血病中一个少见的类型,系红细胞系统和白细胞系统同时呈恶性增生的疾病。在日本不同地区此病占各类型白血病的0.8％至0.1％。在我国,自60年代以来,相继有一些病例报告,但主要为成人病例,其中有郁氏的5例,杨氏的13例,曹氏的1例。1965年中华内科杂志编委会综合的67例(包括郁氏和杨氏所报告的病例),其中有少数小儿的病例。我国成年人红白血 Leukemia, also known as Di Gugoielmo’s syndrome, belongs to the category of leukemia, an uncommon type of leukemia that is a disease in which the erythrocyte and leukocyte systems are both hyperproliferative.
