目的 探讨胃癌切除手术切端癌残留的原因及预防措施。方法 综合我院 1999～2 0 0 1年收治的 42 6例胃癌切除手术癌残留的临床资料 ,进行回顾性分析。结果 本组 42 6例 ,切端癌残留 3 7例 ,切端癌残留率 8.7%。结论 切端癌残留率与瘤体的大体类型、大小、分期及分化程度有关
Objective To investigate the causes and precautionary measures of residual gastric cancer after resection of gastric cancer. Methods The clinical data of 426 cases of residual gastric cancer resected in our hospital from 1999 to 2001 were retrospectively analyzed. Results The group of 426 cases, the end of residual cancer 37 cases, the end of residual cancer rate of 8.7%. Conclusions The residual rate of incisional end-cancer is related to the general type, size, stage and degree of differentiation of tumor
