企业思想政治工作不仅是企业生产工作正常开展的保证,也是提高企业管理效益、提升企业生产能力的着力点。现代企业思想政治工作,面临的使命、承负的责任比以前更加艰巨,社会形势的发展迫切需要企业思想政治工作者转变观念,更新工作方法,提高企业思想政治工作的工作效率。本文结合当前我国企业思想政治工作面临的问题,重点论述了当前加强企业思想政治工作的办法,包括建立专业化的管理队伍、完善企业思想政治工作制度化建设、建立企业思想政治工作信息服务体系等几个个方面的内容。
