有效教学的理念是新课改的基本理念之一,提升课堂教学的有效性是新课改成功的关键和根本。我们必须树立有效教学的理念,不断探索创新有效教学策略,促进新课程有效实施。然而我们的课堂教学中却充斥着大量的低效化、无效化的现象。究其原因,是教师对新课程理念的理解、领会不到位和实施者缺乏必要的经验和能力。我认为这种缺陷的起点就体现在设计的教学目标无效上面。爱默生说:“一心向着自己目标前进的人,整个世界
