对不同海拔高度的烟田土壤中微生物进行测定和分析。结果表明,在不同海拔高度烟田土壤中,烟草采收期细菌和固氮菌数量随海拔高度的增加而增加。固氮菌变化速率和细菌变化速率高于放线菌变化速率和真菌变化速率,细菌和固氮菌变化速率随海拔高度的增加而增加,采收期细菌和固氮菌变化速率高于旺长期。细菌、固氮菌和放线菌根土比随海拔高度的增加呈增加趋势,在海拔高度为1 095 m,细菌、固氮菌和放线菌根土比最高。不同海拔高度烟田土壤中采收期细菌与真菌数量的比值(B/F)高于旺长期,海拔为746 m的烟田土壤中细菌与真菌数量的比值小于海拔933和1 095 m。
The microorganisms in tobacco soil at different altitudes were measured and analyzed. The results showed that the number of bacteria and nitrogen-fixing bacteria in the tobacco harvesting stage increased with the altitude above sea level in tobacco soil at different altitudes. The rate of change of nitrogen-fixing bacteria and the rate of bacterial change were higher than those of actinomycetes and the rate of change of fungi. The rate of change of bacteria and nitrogen-fixing bacteria increased with the increase of altitude. The rate of change of bacteria and nitrogen-fixing bacteria in harvested period was higher than that in long-term. The ratio of root to soil of bacteria, azotobacter and actinomycete increased with altitude increasing. At the altitude of 1 095 m, the root / soil ratio of bacteria, azotobacter and actinomycetes was the highest. The ratio of bacteria to fungi (B / F) in tobacco soil at different altitudes was higher than that in long-term, and the ratio of bacteria to fungi in tobacco soil at 746 m above sea level was less than 933 and 1 095 m above sea level.
