目的了解噪声作业人员职业健康监护情况。方法对进行职业健康岗中查体的噪声作业工人的健康资料进行分析。结果噪声作业工人的职业健康监护率及异常检出率均逐年上升,差异具有统计学意义(χ2分别为54.84、6.46,P<0.05),高血压和心电图异常的检出率出现上升趋势,差异具有统计学意义(χ2分别为7.87、16.53,P<0.05),听力损伤检出率逐年下降,差异具有统计学意义(χ2=6.72,P<0.05)。结论本市噪声作业工人的职业健康监护率逐年上升,听力损伤检出率逐年下降,达到了保护噪声作业工人健康的目的,异常检出率升高,提醒企业不仅要加强职业健康监护,同时应注意其他内科疾病的防治。
Objective To understand the occupational health monitoring of noise workers. Methods The health information of workers exposed to noise in occupational health posts was analyzed. Results Occupational health monitoring rate and abnormal detection rate of noise-exposed workers all increased year by year with significant difference (χ2 = 54.84,6.46, P <0.05, respectively). The detection rate of abnormalities of hypertension and electrocardiogram showed an upward trend, and the difference was statistically significant (Χ2 = 7.87, 16.53, P <0.05). The detection rate of hearing loss decreased year by year, the difference was statistically significant (χ2 = 6.72, P <0.05). Conclusion Occupational health guardianship rate of noise-exposed workers in the city is increasing year by year, and the detection rate of hearing impairment is declining year by year, which has achieved the purpose of protecting the noise workers and increasing the anomaly detection rate. It reminds enterprises not only to strengthen occupational health monitoring, Pay attention to the prevention and treatment of other medical diseases.
