前不久,记者看到这样两条信息：6月4日,《国务院关于进一步加强消防工作的意见》颁布实施,公安部透露,中国消防工作存在六大不足,692个县市未建消防队；与此同时,南京市环保局局长和环境民间组织坐在一起,共同商讨环保大计,大家强烈呼吁：解决环保问题要靠“合力”。其实,对于更多干安全的人们来说,比起这二者,其状况之惨淡只能是有过之而无不及!连他们都在郑重要求、强烈呼吁,就可想而知,安全监察,特别是基层安监工作人员心里的无奈和苦楚。
