埋地长输管道热胀强度问题在石油管道工程及城市热力网工程中都存在,它对工程的质量、投资及材耗等方面都有相当大的影响。本文用弹性抗弯铰力学模型代替弯头,用分割迭代法进行分析,近似算出埋地长输管道的热胀位移和热胀内力。经试验验证和有限元法计算对比,表明本文所述方法具有良好的工程准确度。
The problem of thermal expansion strength of buried long-distance pipelines exists in both oil pipeline engineering and urban thermal network engineering. It has a considerable impact on the quality, investment, and material consumption of the project. In this paper, the elbow-resilient mechanical model is used to replace the elbow, and the segmentation iteration method is used to analyze and calculate the thermal expansion displacement and thermal expansion internal force of the buried long-distance pipeline. The experimental verification and finite element method calculation and comparison show that the method described in this paper has a good engineering accuracy.
