目的观察红外/红光治疗2型糖尿病周围神经病变临床疗效。方法以2型糖尿病周围神经病变患者106例为研究对象,在对照组(n=53)治疗的基础上,治疗组(n=53)予红外/红光治疗,以中医症候积分做为疗效判定标准,观察红外/红光治疗2型糖尿病周围神经病变的临床有效性以及安全性。结果经红外/红光治疗,2型糖尿病周围神经病变治疗组总有效率90.6%,对照组总有效率81.1%;治疗组总有效率优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗前后肝功能、肾功能均无异常变化,治疗组患者全部耐受,未发生皮肤损伤等不良反应。结论红外/红光治疗2型糖尿病周围神经病变患者的临床症状缓解速度快于对照组,治疗有效性明显高于对照组。对于周围神经病变严重而导致感觉减退、感觉缺失的患者没有造成皮肤损伤,具有良好的临床安全性。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of infrared and red light on type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods 106 patients with type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy were studied. On the basis of the control group (n = 53), the treatment group (n = 53) was treated with infrared and red light, and the TCM symptom score was used as the curative effect Standard, to observe the clinical efficacy and safety of infrared / red light treatment of type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Results The total effective rate of type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy treatment group was 90.6%, the total effective rate of control group was 81.1%. Before and after treatment, there were no abnormal changes of liver function and renal function in the two groups. All the patients in the treatment group were tolerated without adverse reactions such as skin lesions. Conclusion Infrared / red light treatment of type 2 diabetic patients with peripheral neuropathy to alleviate the clinical symptoms faster than the control group, the treatment effectiveness was significantly higher than the control group. For severe peripheral neuropathy caused by loss of sensory, sensory loss of patients did not cause skin damage, with good clinical safety.
