通过对B610CF-L2钢板焊接性分析和焊接工艺评定,确定了合理的焊接工艺参数。现场组焊严格按有关标准和技术要求进行,尤其球罐的焊接严格控制了焊接线能量,球罐各项指标均优于技术条件要求,产品试板力学性能良好。结果表明,-50℃B610CF-L2钢板各项性能均能满足2000m3低温球罐建造的需要。
By analyzing the weldability of B610CF-L2 steel and evaluating the welding process, the reasonable welding process parameters were determined. Site welding in strict accordance with the relevant standards and technical requirements, in particular, the welding of the cans strictly control the welding line energy, the indicators of the tank are better than the technical requirements, the mechanical properties of the product test plate is good. The results show that all the properties of -50 ℃ B610CF-L2 steel can meet the needs of 2000m3 low temperature spherical tank construction.
