由于取水水源受到污染,1995年嘉兴市石臼漾水厂二期扩建工程引入了生物接触氧化工艺,采用微孔曝气微污染水预处理池对原水进行预处理,设计规模为10万m3/d,于1996年6月投入使用。通过对预处理池的设计参数、主要设备配置及处理效果进行总结,表明其对改善原水水质有一定作用。为提高预处理池运行效率,针对设计中存在不足,并根据生产运行情况,提出了改进措施。
Due to the pollution of the water source, in 1995, the second phase of the expansion project of the Shiqi Water Plant in Jiaxing City introduced a bio-contact oxidation process. The micro-aeration micro-polluted water pretreatment tank was used to pretreat the raw water. The design scale was 100,000 m3/d. , was put into use in June 1996. Through summarizing the design parameters, main equipment configuration and treatment effects of the pretreatment tank, it is shown that it has a certain effect on improving the quality of raw water. In order to improve the efficiency of the pretreatment pool, there are deficiencies in the design, and based on the production and operation conditions, improvements are proposed.
