为确定翠冠梨常温货架期的合理采收期,以翠冠梨为试验材料,在常温贮藏条件下模拟货架期,研究在常温货架条件下不同采收期对翠冠梨果实品质的影响。试验结果表明,货架初期,采收期Ⅰ的翠冠梨果实维生素C和可溶性固形物含量显著低于采收期Ⅱ与采收期Ⅲ;货架中期,采收期Ⅲ的翠冠梨其果实失重率、腐烂率、呼吸强度以及维生素C和可溶性固形物含量的降解速率显著高于采收期Ⅰ和采收期Ⅱ的;在货架后期,失重率、腐烂率和呼吸速率为:采收期Ⅲ>采收期Ⅱ>采收期Ⅰ。色差指数和硬度在3个采收期间无显著性差异,维生素C含量采收期Ⅲ和采收期Ⅱ两者间无显著性差异,但高于采收期Ⅰ,可溶性固形物和可滴定酸含量采收期Ⅰ和采收期Ⅱ显著高于采收期Ⅲ。综合各项指标,采收期Ⅱ的果实常温货架期品质均优于采收期Ⅰ、Ⅲ的果实,为翠冠梨较适宜的采收期。
In order to determine the reasonable harvest period of Cuiguan pear at room temperature, taking Cuiguan pear as test material and simulating shelf life under normal temperature storage conditions, the effects of different harvesting periods on the quality of Cuiguan pear were studied. The results showed that the contents of vitamin C and soluble solids of Cuiguan pear were lower than those of harvesting Ⅱ and harvesting Ⅲ in the early stage and the harvesting stage Ⅰ. The rate of degradation, decay rate, respiration rate and the degradation rate of vitamin C and soluble solids were significantly higher than those of harvest Ⅰ and Ⅱ. In the late shelf life, the rate of weight loss, decay rate and respiration rate were: recovery Ⅲ > Harvest Ⅱ> Harvest Ⅰ. There was no significant difference in color difference index and hardness between the three harvesting stages, but there was no significant difference between harvesting stage Ⅲ and harvesting stage Ⅱ of vitamin C content, but higher than harvesting stage Ⅰ, soluble solids and titratable acid The content of harvesting period Ⅰ and harvesting Ⅱ was significantly higher than the harvesting Ⅲ. According to the various indexes, the quality of shelf-life of fruits during harvest II was better than the fruits of harvestⅠ and Ⅲ, which was the suitable harvest time for Cuiguan pear.
