目的研究空气中微量过氧乙酸残留量检测方法及其影响因素。方法室内空气先用过氧乙酸喷洒消毒,空气微量过氧乙酸用吸收法进行采样并进行浓度测定。结果该方法检测下限为3.8mg/L,采样10min,流量为1L/min和采样20min,流量为1L/min的最低检测浓度分别为3.8和1.9mg/m3。平行样变异系数为1.21%~4.53%。回收率为94.15%~104.18%。采样吸收效率>90%。结论该改良方法适用于室内空气消毒中微量过氧乙酸测定;因过氧乙酸极不稳定,测定空气过氧乙酸须现场进行。
Objective To study the method of detecting peroxyacetic acid residues in air and its influencing factors. Methods Indoor air disinfection by peracetic acid spray, the air trace of peracetic acid by absorption method for sampling and concentration determination. Results The detection limit of this method was 3.8 mg / L, the sampling time was 10 min, the flow rate was 1 L / min and the sampling time was 20 min. The minimum detection concentration of the method was 3.8 and 1.9 mg / m3, respectively. The coefficient of variation of parallel samples was 1.21% ~ 4.53%. The recovery rate was 94.15% ~ 104.18%. Sampling efficiency> 90%. Conclusion This modified method is suitable for the determination of trace peracetic acid in indoor air disinfection. Because peracetic acid is very unstable, the determination of air peroxyacetic acid must be carried out on site.
