目的研究本地区临床分离的铜绿假单胞菌对β-内酰胺类抗生素的耐药情况及其耐药机制,为临床合理用药提供参考依据。方法从中山大学附属第五医院微生物室菌种库里随机挑选3年间每年分离的255、385、460株铜绿假单胞菌株(非重复菌株)进行耐药性分析。结果铜绿假单胞菌耐药率逐年提高。结论虽然耐药率不高,呈逐年上升的趋势,铜绿假单胞菌的用药形式依然十分严峻。铜绿假单胞菌的耐药率逐年提升,对加强临床的用药指导均有一定的指导意义。
Objective To study the drug-resistant mechanism of Pseudomonas aeruginosa isolated from clinical isolates of P. aeruginosa to β-lactam antibiotics and to provide a reference for clinical rational drug use. Methods A total of 255,385,460 Pseudomonas aeruginosa isolates (non-replicative strains) separated from each other in three years were randomly selected from the microbiological culture library in the Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University for drug resistance analysis. Results The resistance rate of Pseudomonas aeruginosa increased year by year. Conclusion Although the drug resistance rate is not high, the trend is increasing year by year, the use of Pseudomonas aeruginosa is still very serious forms of medication. Pseudomonas aeruginosa resistance rate increased year by year, to strengthen the clinical guidance of the drug has a certain guiding significance.
