轧钢温度控制有强烈的非线性、时变性和耦合性,经典控制方法很难获得良好的控制精度。设计出规则自寻优模糊控制器,以温度误差及误差变化率为输入并在线调整控制规则的加权因子,当误差较大时,系统以减小误差为主,加权因子值取大些,以保证尽快达到设定温度。当误差较小时,以抑制误差变化率为主,加权因子值取小一些,使系统尽快稳定,从而获得最优的控制规则。实验结果表明,该方法能实现无超调控制,减小反应时间,并且对干扰信号反应不灵敏,从而提高了温度的控制精度。
Steel rolling temperature control has a strong nonlinear, time-varying and coupling, the classical control method is difficult to obtain good control accuracy. The rule self-optimizing fuzzy controller is designed. The temperature error and the rate of change of error are taken as the inputs and the weighting factors of the control rules are adjusted online. When the error is large, the system mainly reduces the error, Guaranteed to reach the set temperature as soon as possible. When the error is small, the rate of change of suppression error is the main factor, and the value of weighting factor is smaller. As a result, the system can be stabilized as soon as possible and the optimal control rules can be obtained. The experimental results show that this method can achieve no overshoot control, reduce the reaction time, and insensitive to the interference signal, thus improving the temperature control accuracy.
