在由国务院发展研究中心信息网主办的“首届中俄汽车论坛”上,俄罗斯对进口汽车的认证标准及有关法规成为重要议题之一。在中俄汽车贸易在国内备受关注的背景下,国内商用车企业对出口到俄罗斯热情高涨,因此自然很关注俄罗斯相关法规和政策规定的动向。标准与欧洲接轨俄联邦国营企业、中央科研汽车和发动机学院副总监Boris Kisulenko介绍说,俄罗斯对于汽车制造业有350个国家标准和800个行业标准,规定得非常详细。

In the background of the great concern of China-Russia auto trade in the country, domestic commercial vehicle enterprises are enthusiastic about exporting to Russia. Therefore, they are naturally very concerned about the trends of the relevant laws, regulations and policies in Russia. Standards and European Conformity Boris Kisulenko, state-owned Russian state-owned enterprise and deputy director of the Central Institute for Scientific and Research Vehicles and Engines, said that Russia has 350 national standards and 800 industry standards for the automobile manufacturing industry, with very detailed provisions.
