头花杜鹃挥发油含氧部分,对呼吸道常见菌种如流感杆菌、肺炎球菌、甲型链球菌、白色葡萄球菌、四联球菌和枯草杆菌等有明显抑制作用。首先利用硅胶柱层析将含氧部分与烯烃部分分开,然后用分馏方法分离含氧单萜和含氧倍半萜,最后用硅胶柱层析或含硝酸银的氧化铝柱层析分离出其中9个主要成分,经光谱(红外、紫外、核磁共振和质谱)分析和物理常数测定,分别鉴定为:(1)α-萜品醇-[4](α-
The oxygenated part of the volatile oil of Rhododendron flower has significant inhibitory effects on common respiratory tract species such as influenza bacillus, pneumococcus, streptococcus, streptococcus, tetracoccus, and subtilis. Firstly, the oxygen-containing portion is separated from the olefin portion by silica gel column chromatography, then the oxygen-containing monoterpenes and sesquiterpene are separated by fractional distillation, and finally separated by silica gel column chromatography or alumina column chromatography containing silver nitrate. The nine main components were identified by spectral (infrared, ultraviolet, nuclear magnetic resonance and mass spectrometry) and physical constants as follows: (1) α-terpineol-[4] (α-
