The benefits of applied science research depend to a large extent on the reliability and clarity of the most urgent scientific research issues and on the strength of the research and design departments in their efforts to address the issue. Therefore, suggestions for improving the effectiveness of scientific research in quasi-operation should be based on a retrospective analysis of the status quo of quasi-quasi-quasi-quasi-quasi-quasi-quarantine work, as well as the structural dynamics of actual preparation work, actual technological level and production organization. In these proposals, we should consider the potential of the implementation of existing scientific and technological achievements, the development trend of advanced tunneling technologies and technologies in various countries in the world
