目的探讨基质金属蛋白酶-9(MM P-9)在人创伤性脑损伤(TB I)后挫伤区皮层中的表达情况(表达位置、强度与时相)。方法挫伤区皮层的标本来自24例TB I患者,取样时间:伤后5 h~5 d。应用免疫组化技术测定MM P-9的表达情况。结果在TB I后的挫伤区皮层中,MM P-9表达明显上调,表达高峰为伤后24~48 h,主要在神经元中表达,神经胶质细胞中也有少量表达。结论MM P-9在TB I后的挫伤区皮层中表达上调,提示其可能在TB I后的病理生理过程中起着重要作用。
Objective To investigate the expression of MMP-9 (MMP-9) in the cortex of contusive area after traumatic brain injury (TBI). Methods The specimens of contusion area cortex from 24 cases of TB I patients, sampling time: 5 h ~ 5 d after injury. Immunohistochemistry was used to determine the expression of MM P-9. Results The expression of MM P-9 was significantly up-regulated in the cortex of contusion area after TBI. The expression peak was 24-48 h after TBI injury, mainly expressed in neurons and a small amount in glial cells. Conclusion The up-regulation of MM P-9 in the cortex of contusion zone after TBI suggests that MM P-9 may play an important role in the pathophysiological process after TBI.
