今年市政府一号文是《关于加快西部地区转型发展的实施意见》(以下简称《意见》)。《意见》的主题是促进西部地区转型升级,切实改善西部地区发展环境。日前,北京市发改委发布了《关于加快西部地区转型发展2011年实施计划》(简称《计划》),落实一号文政策精神。北京市发改委洪继元委员,结合《意见》和《计划》,解读了2011年西部转型的主线、总体思路、发展重点和亮点工作。伴随着“北京服务·新首钢”股权投资基金进入实质运作阶段,西部转型发展步入快车道。
This year, the No.1 municipal government document is “Opinions on the Implementation of Accelerating the Transformation and Development of the Western Region” (hereinafter referred to as the “Opinions”). The theme of “Opinion” is to promote the transformation and upgrading of the western region and effectively improve the development environment in the western region. Recently, the Beijing Municipal Development and Reform Commission promulgated the “2011 Implementation Plan for Accelerating the Transformation and Development of the Western Region” (the “Plan” for short) and implemented the spirit of the No.1 Document. Hong Jianyuan, member of Beijing Municipal Development and Reform Commission, combined with the “Opinions” and “Plans,” explained the main lines, general ideas, development priorities and highlights of the western transformation in 2011. With the “Beijing Service · Shougang” equity investment fund entering a substantive operational phase, the transformation and development of the western region has entered a fast lane.
