力量素质对于身体素质所起的作用是非常重要的,力量素质训练对于搞好柔道这个的训练来说是前提和基础。柔道运动员力量素质水平的高低,直接影响到运动技术的掌握和场上运用能力,也会在很大程度上决定成绩的高低。本文对青少年柔道运动员的力量训练方法以及需要注意的问题进行论述,以期帮助教练员进行有效的、系统的力量训练,提高运动员的成绩。
Strength of the quality of the role played by the body is very important, strength training for judo training this is a prerequisite and basis. Judo athletes strength and quality level, a direct impact on the mastery of sports techniques and the ability to use the field will also largely determine the level of achievement. This article discusses the methods of strength training of juvenile judo players and the problems that need attention, with a view to helping the coaches to carry out effective and systematic strength training to improve the performance of the athletes.
