目的探讨醒脑静对脑出血患者S100B、神经肽Y和脑水肿的影响。方法选取2014年宜春市人民医院收治的脑出血患者72例,随机分为对照组与观察组,各36例。对照组患者予以依达拉奉治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上加用醒脑静治疗。观察两组患者治疗前及治疗1、2周S100B、神经肽Y水平、脑水肿体积及不良反应发生情况。结果时间与方法有交互作用(P<0.05),组间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),时间间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗前两组患者S100B、神经肽Y水平、脑水肿体积比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗1周两组患者S100B水平、脑水肿体积比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗1周观察组患者神经肽Y水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗2周观察组患者S100B、神经肽Y水平低于对照组,脑水肿体积小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者均未发生严重不良反应。结论醒脑静可降低脑出血患者S100B、神经肽Y水平,改善患者脑水肿。
Objective To investigate the effect of xingnaojing on S100B, neuropeptide Y and cerebral edema in patients with intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods Seventy-two patients with cerebral hemorrhage admitted in Yichun People’s Hospital in 2014 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 36 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with edaravone. Patients in the observation group were treated with xingnaojing on the basis of the control group. The levels of S100B, neuropeptide Y, volume of brain edema and the incidence of adverse reactions in both groups before and 1, 2 weeks were observed. Results There was interaction between time and method (P <0.05). The differences between the two groups were statistically significant (P <0.05), and the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05) S100B, neuropeptide Y and volume of brain edema had no significant difference (P> 0.05). There was no significant difference in S100B level and brain edema volume between the two groups (P> 0.05) The level of neuropeptide Y in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P <0.05). The levels of S100B and neuropeptide Y in the observation group were lower than those in the control group in the 2-week treatment group. The volume of brain edema was smaller than that in the control group Statistical significance (P <0.05); no serious adverse reactions occurred in both groups. Conclusion Xingnaojing can reduce the levels of S100B and neuropeptide Y in patients with cerebral hemorrhage and improve cerebral edema in patients.
