以Al-Pb合金为例模拟研究了液-液相变过程中的微观组织演变.结果表明弥散相液滴间的相互作用对其液滴形核有明显的影响,随着冷却速率的增加和Pb含量的增多,弥散相液滴间作用对形核的影响增强.
The Al-Pb alloy was taken as an example to simulate the microstructure evolution during the liquid-liquid phase transformation. The results show that the interaction between dispersed droplets has a significant effect on the droplet nucleation. With the increase of cooling rate and With the increase of Pb content, the influence of dispersion phase droplets on nucleation is enhanced.
