考察了不同Ni担载量的Ni/a-Al_2O_3催化剂的催化性能,以8%Ni(质量分数)最佳.XRD分析表明,8%Ni催化剂表面NiO颗粒最小.TPR分析表明,催化剂表面主要有两种不同化学环境的NiO,当Ni担载量超过12%时,表面开始出现“游离态”NiO,这部分NiO易使催化剂积碳.添加稀土Ce有利于提高Ni催化剂的活性、选择性和稳定性,并对Ce的助剂效应作了研究.
The catalytic performance of Ni / a-Al_2O_3 catalyst with different Ni loadings was investigated, and the optimum Ni / a-Al_2O_3 catalyst was 8% Ni (mass fraction). XRD analysis showed that NiO particles on the surface of 8% Ni catalyst were the smallest. TPR analysis showed that there are mainly two kinds of NiO with different chemical environments on the catalyst surface. When the Ni loading exceeds 12%, “free-state” NiO begins to appear on the surface, and this part of NiO tends to cause carbon deposition on the catalyst. The addition of rare earth Ce is beneficial to improve the activity, selectivity and stability of Ni catalyst, and the effect of additive Ce has been studied.
