超声心动图评价缺血性心脏病左室功能

目的采用心肌功能指数(myocardial performance index MPI)评估缺血性心脏病左心室功能的作用,探讨MPI的应用、影响因素及存在的不足.方法缺血性心脏病患者72例,健康者40例,测量EF、E/A、IRT和MPI,并做比较分析.结果缺血性心脏病患者的E/A比值增高,IRT延长,EF明显下降,MPI明显增高.结论 MPI可以敏感地、全面地评估心脏的收缩和舒张功能.
