本文通过大量试验研究,发现了铣削切入角、铣刀几何角度与刀片切入破损之间的规律。同时推导出了九种切入类型的精确计算公式,修正了M.Kronenberg的公式。并对九种切入类型的刀片破损问题分成两种情况进行了探讨:一?当切入角不变而改变刀具角度时,刀片的破损主要是通过冲击力相对于刀片的作用方向改变而引起;二是当刀具几何角度不变而仅改变切入角时,刀片的破损是通过改变冲击力相对于刀片的作用点和冲击时间而引起,作者在试验的基础上推荐了几种合理的切入类型,对于研究铣刀破损、设计铣刀都具有重要意义。
