高血压脑出血破入脑室微创治疗74例临床分析

目的提高对高血压性脑出血破入脑室这一疾病的认识及治疗方法。方法总结分析74例高血压性脑出血破入脑室,在CT引导下进行锥颅脑室插管、钻孔血肿腔置管、抽吸及尿激酶溶解血肿的临床治疗过程。结果60例锥颅后痊愈,10例经过手术治愈,4例死于脑疝中枢性衰竭。结论高血压性脑出血破入脑室,采用锥颅、钻孔、溶解等综合方法,具有微创、安全、高效的特点,是一种不可多得的实用方法。 Objective To improve the cognition and treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage in the ventricle. Methods 74 cases of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage were diagnosed and the ventricle was punctured. CT-guided catheterization of the cranial ventricle, drilling and placement of hematoma, aspiration and urokinase hematoma were performed. Results 60 cases of craniocerebral healed, 10 cases were cured by surgery, 4 cases died of central hernia brain failure. Conclusions Hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage breaks into the ventricle and is characterized by minimal invasion, safety and high efficiency. It is a rare practical method.
