提出在料浆法磷铵生产过程中,充分利用湿法磷酸中的游离硫酸和磷酸的氢离子活化能分解部分二次磷矿,以降低产品磷铵的酸耗,并综合解决目前小磷铵生产装置的诸多矛盾。详细介绍实施这一技术构思的实验室试验情况。试验结果证明技术上可行,磷铵产品硫酸单耗可下降5%~15%,二次矿磷的转化率大于或等于全装置磷收率。
