重庆自2009年成为服务外包示范城市之一后,服务外包产业快速崛起,带动了重庆地区经济的发展,但整体规模较小,业务水平偏低、缺乏龙头企业、人才结构性不合理等已经成为制约重庆服务外包产业的进一步发展的主要问题。2014年12月国务院出台《国务院关于促进服务外包产业加快发展的意见》国发[2014]67号,旨在通过鼓励服务外包示范城市加快发展高技术、高附加值服务外包产业,推动产业结构调整升级。重庆
Since Chongqing became one of the service outsourcing model cities in 2009, the rapid rise of service outsourcing industry has led to the economic development in Chongqing.
