甲壳动物肠道免疫系统的研究进展

肠道不仅是吸收、消化和营养物质交换的重要场所,也是生物机体与外界环境联系最紧密的部位之一。随着免疫学研究的不断深入,肠道免疫在生物机体上的作用越来越显著,有第二免疫器官之称。近年来,水产病害给养殖业带来了重大冲击,尤其是虾蟹等甲壳动物的养殖屡遭病害侵扰,损失较大。本文综述了甲壳动物肠道免疫系统三大屏障(机械屏障、免疫屏障和生物屏障)的构成,介绍了该系统的作用机理,为深入研究肠道免疫系统防御功能提供参考。 The intestine is not only an important site for absorption, digestion and nutrient exchange, but also one of the most closely related parts of the biological organism to the external environment. With the continuous deepening of immunological research, intestinal immune function in the biological body more and more significant, said the second immune organ. In recent years, aquatic diseases have brought a significant impact on aquaculture, especially the crustaceans such as shrimp and crab breeding repeatedly invaded by the disease, a greater loss. This review summarizes the constitution of the three major barriers (mechanical barrier, immune barrier and biological barrier) in the gut immune system of crustacean, introduces the mechanism of action of the system, and provides a reference for further study on the defense function of gut immune system.
