目的 探讨核酸检测与酶免检测平行筛查血液在基层血站的应用效果.方法 选取本基层血站2019年1月至2019年10月无偿献血者101959例,采用酶联检测和核酸检测进行平行筛查,对于酶联检测阴性标本行核酸检测,分析检测结果.结果 101959例无偿献血者经酶免筛查HBsAg、HIV抗体1型和2型(抗-HIV-1/2)、丙型肝炎病毒抗体(抗-HCV),阳性标本检出率为(0.76%),经核酸检测阳性标本59例,阳性检出率为(0.058%);59例核酸检测阳性者经分项定量检测的HBVDNA阳性43例,HCVRNA
